A school bus driver who was on the run was caught in Tennessee, police said.
Police said Warren Hardy killed one woman and tried to kill another.

Hardy was arrested Tuesday in Marion County, Tennessee.

According to police, he shot and killed a 72-year-old woman in Huntsville, Alabama.
Police said Hardy used the elderly woman's car to chase after his ex-girlfriend, while firing more shots.
That’s after police said he kidnapped his ex-girlfriend’s daughter and stepfather.
Durham services said Hardy was on leave when it happened.
