An Uber driver in metro Atlanta says a man groped her multiple times during a ride.

The woman told police she picked up the man in a Duluth shopping center and was driving him through Roswell, Channel 2 Action News reported.

As she drove, the passenger reached from the back seat and touched her inappropriately, police spokesman Lt. Noah Caplan confirmed to Channel 2.

Then, he did it again. After the second time, the woman said she pulled over on Market Boulevard in Roswell and forced the man to get out of the car.

Caplan said police are working with Uber’s corporate headquarters and the victim to try to find the passenger. If he is located, he will face sexual battery charges, Caplan said.

“There is a paper trail and we are working with Uber's corporate headquarters so we feel pretty confident we’ll be able to identify the offender,” he said.

An investigation is ongoing.
