A registered sex offender faces several charges after Clayton County police said cameras captured him touching himself on a homeowner’s porch and in a local restaurant.

Mark Anthony Williams, 36, of Conley, was arrested Saturday on charges of peeping Tom, public indecency and criminal trespass, jail records show.

Williams previously served prison time on child molestation and peeping Tom charges, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections. He was released in August 2018, department records show.

Investigators said footage from a doorbell camera captured Williams masturbating on the homeowner’s porch in Rex earlier this month. In a separate incident, security cameras showed him doing the same thing at an unnamed local restaurant, police said.

Williams is being held in the Clayton County Jail.
