A woman heard a loud knocking on her apartment door late Thursday night.When she turned the knob on her door, a 54-year-old woman forced her way inside.Tulsa police say the incident happened at an apartment near 51st and Yale.
The victim told officers Lisa Cotton had a long screwdriver, and she was very upset.
Cotton is accused of chasing the victim around the apartment, attempting to stab her with the screwdriver.
At one point, Cotton allegedly grabbed the victim by her hair. She then tried to stab her again.
No word on if the victim was injured during the attack.Police say Cotton was arrested a short time later. She faces multiple counts including assault with a deadly weapon and first-degree burglary.
