Police: Teen arrested, 2 sought after stabbing man during LaGrange home invasion

A 17-year-old is in custody and two other suspects are wanted after a man was stabbed during a home invasion in LaGrange on Tuesday morning, authorities said.

A little before 1 a.m., officers met the 18-year-old victim at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center, LaGrange police said. The man told officers that three people broke into his Ridgecrest Road house.

He said the suspects attacked him with a knife and stole several items, according to police. The victim was released from the hospital later Tuesday.

Investigators determined that 17-year-old Aaryn Burnsed orchestrated the home invasion, leading to her arrest. She faces counts of armed robbery, aggravated assault and home invasion.

Police are still working to determine the identities of the other two suspects, who are both men. No other information was available.
