A 17-year-old from Cobb County is accused of raping a girl under a staircase at Marietta High School and then posting the video on Instagram, according to police.

Jaison Dewayne Arrindell was arrested March 6 at the school after he was caught punching and kicking another student during a fight, his arrest warrant states. While in jail, Marietta police have charged Arrindell with additional crimes, records show.

On March 12, Arrindell was charged with two counts of violating Georgia’s street gang law.

Arrindell, “who holds the rank of lieutenant/ ‘Big Homie’ with the Rollin 60’s Crip criminal street gang, did participate in the initiation of a female by ‘sexing’ her into the gang at the Marietta High School,” his warrant states.
