A Fulton County man is being called a serial peeping Tom by police, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Kareem Habbal was most recently arrested April 6, after an Alpharetta woman found him peeping at her from outside her apartment.

“I really got panicky and nervous and upset so I called 911 and told them someone was outside of my bedroom window,” she told Channel 2.

Police charged 21-year-old Habbal with peeping Tom, loitering or prowling and obstructing officers.

It was his fifth arrest for this kind of crime and the third in Alpharetta in just three years, according to Channel 2.

Habbal was caught peeping in 2013 by employees at a Roswell Kohl’s store.

He was 19 at the time and found on all fours spying on a teenaged girl in a dressing room.

In 2014, Dunwoody police arrested Habbal for peeping Tom at Perimeter Mall, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported. Those charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence, police said.

His recent victim said she felt violated and she hopes the judge who recently revoked Habbal’s bond will send him a strong message.

“This behavior has got to stop and it’s got to stop yesterday,” the woman told Channel 2. “Stricter sentences need to be levied against him for doing this because it has affected my life and I’m sure it’s affected other people who he’s done this to.”

Habbal was in the Fulton County jail on Tuesday without bond.

He’s scheduled to be back in court later this month.
