Surveillance video caught a man with a prosthetic hand taking packages from several homes in the Loring Heights neighborhood in northwest Atlanta, according to Channel 2 Action News.
“I don’t even know how to describe how strange it is,” resident Daily Dewling told the television station.
He said the man has a hook for a left hand.
Neighbors along Hascall Road filed multiple police reports, but there have been no arrests in the case, Channel 2 reported.
