Police have obtained arrest warrants for two men accused of shooting three people, killing one, outside a DeKalb County restaurant.

Humberto Lorenzo Barcenas, 21, of Brookhaven, and Enrique Segura Diaz, 19, of Atlanta, are each charged with felony murder, five counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, Brookhaven police said Friday in a news release.

The two allegedly got into a dispute with other customers at the Acapulco Restaurant and Bar on Buford Highway on Sunday, the release said. They’re accused of then running to Diaz’s vehicle, where Barcenas grabbed a firearm.

Police said Diaz drove as Barcenas fired into an occupied taxi cab before turning back and shooting across the crowded parking lot.

Two other passengers in the taxi were not injured, police said.
