Griffin police have obtained arrest warrants for a Thomaston man wanted in connection with a double stabbing Tuesday night.

About 10:15 p.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of Old Atlanta Road and found the two victims, Lt. Daniel Jett said. Police performed first aid until paramedics arrived.

One victim was taken to Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital, while the other was transported to Atlanta Medical Center. Their conditions and names were not provided.

Investigators learned the stabbing was domestic-related and charged Johnny Dwayne Flournoy, 29. Police obtained warrants for two counts of aggravated assault and one count of simple battery.

Police are still searching for Flournoy. Anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at 770-229-6450.
