‘Person of interest’ sought in deadly shooting outside College Park store

Investigators said this man is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Police released surveillance footage Wednesday of a “person of interest” in a deadly shooting outside of a south Fulton County convenience store.

The shooting happened Saturday night outside of the Quick and Cheap Food Mart in the 2100 block of Godby Road, AJC.com previously reported.

Two men shot at Antonius Robinson, hitting him several times, College Park police spokesman Sgt. O. Manning said.

Robinson, 31, was pronounced dead by a Fulton County medical examiner.

Police are still looking for the gunmen. Detectives would like to bring in the “person of interest” for questioning, the department said. Investigators said the man in the newly-released photo is considered armed and dangerous. His connection to the incident is not clear.

Police said the man is known to frequent the area near the Alexandria Landing apartments on Godby Road. Anyone with information on the man’s whereabouts is asked to contact College Park Detective J. Durden at 404-761-3131.
