A woman was charged with affray this week in connection with an October fight after a youth football game in Clayton County.

A mother involved in a brawl at a youth football game in Clayton County was arrested this week, authorities confirmed.

Tahita Dechaun Hill, 35, was charged with misdemeanor affray for her alleged involvement in the October fight, which involved several adults trading punches, Forest Park police spokesman Jason Armstrong told AJC.com.

It’s unclear whether anyone else was charged in connection with the incident.

According to the Georgia Code, "An affray is the fighting by two or more persons in some public place to the disturbance of the public tranquility."

Channel 2 Action News previously obtained cellphone video of the fight, which took place at a game between Forest Park and Union City at Kiwanis Field on Lake Drive.

A Union City parent said the fight started among the players after the game ended, and parents and coaches quickly became involved. Two people were taken to the hospital following the fight, and several others left the scene before officers arrived.

Hill was booked into the Clayton County Jail, and she has since bonded out, Armstrong said. AJC.com reached out to the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office for more information about her bond and custody.
