Georgia man faces child exploitation charges

A Forsyth County man was arrested after officials say he had child sexual abuse images.

David Thomas Trippe, 48, faces eight counts of sexual exploitation of children after a two-month investigation by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department.

He was arrested Thursday and taken to the Forsyth County Adult Detention Center. Trippe is out of jail on a $88,900 bond.

No other details were released.
