This is the aftermath of the Monday morning crash in Alabama that killed a Marietta woman.

A 27-year-old Marietta woman died Monday morning in a crash that involved a tractor-trailer, according to multiple news reports.

Chloe Diana Couvrette was driving a 2014 Jeep Wrangler near Smith Station, Ala., when her vehicle collided with a 2016 Kenworth truck, Columbus-based news station WTVM reported.

She died at the scene, which was on Lee Road 249 at Lee Road 379. Smith Station is about 10 miles west of Columbus, which is just across the Alabama-Georgia state line.

The incident took place about 11 a.m. It’s unclear whether anyone else was injured or if charges will be filed.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the crash, WTVM reported. No other information has been released.
