Police have issued three felony warrants for a Marietta man’s arrest after a 13-year-old girl revealed that he raped and molested her multiple times in 2015, authorities said.
Fermin Martin-Ortero is wanted on counts of rape, incest and child molestation, according to Marietta police arrest warrants. Police obtained the warrants Monday.
The incidents took place at an apartment off Ridge Run, the warrants said. The child, who was 8 at the time, was allegedly molested in the shower and raped on “multiple occasions” by Martin-Ortero.
The girl made the claims during a forensic interview, police said. The warrants say Martin-Ortero lives off Smyrna Power Springs Road.
As of Friday night, he had not been arrested, according to Cobb Count online jail records. Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to contact Marietta police at 770-794-5300.
