Man found shot to death at Carrollton apartment

A man who appeared to be in his late teens to early 20s was shot to death in Carrollton shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The incident, which happened near the entrance of the River Pointe Apartments on Lovvorn Road, is being investigated as a homicide, Carrollton police spokesman Capt. Chris Dobbs said.
