A man facing burglary and family violence charges escaped Sunday from a Clayton County correctional facility, according to an advisory from the sheriff's office.
The advisory said John Matthew Pack, 30, escaped from the Clayton Transitional Center in Forest Park at 6 a.m. He is described as a 5-foot-11, 179-pound white male.
A spokeswoman for the sheriff's office did not immediately respond to a request for more information.
Anyone with information on Pack's whereabouts should call 911.
