Newville police released 44-year-old Elwood Gutshall's mug shot Tuesday. Wearing the bright green shirt, Gutshall frowns in the image.

Police stopped Gutshall after an officer spotted him erratically driving a green Ford pickup truck in the predawn hours of March 19. Officers said he appeared to be intoxicated and took the Newville man into custody.

Authorities drew Gutshall’s blood to determine his blood alcohol concentration at the Cumberland County booking center. The test showed his BAC at .217 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
