A man was shot to death Tuesday night in a parking lot near a downtown Atlanta restaurant, police said.
The victim was found with a gunshot wound to the upper left chest area in the 100 block of Forsyth Street, which is near Kelz Kitchen, Officer Donald Hannah said.
Homicide detectives are working to get surveillance video from the restaurant in the hopes of finding the shooter, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Emergency crews took the man to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he later died, police said.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Atlanta police.
“We are trying to identify anyone who may have seen what happened,” Lt. Carven Tyus said.
