A man was arrested after a video surfaced of him allegedly allowing a child to smoke marijuana.

Lamel Yancy, who lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, uploaded a Facebook Live of him encouraging his 3-year-old nephew to smoke a joint, police said.

According to CNN, Yancy has been arrested, charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, and remains in jail.

As for the child, he is in his grandmother’s custody.

Police told CNN an officer stumbled on the video.

"The officer that made arrest was looking into possible burglary suspects when he came across the individual and the video," North Little Rock Sgt. Brain Dedrick told CNN.
