Police arrested a man Friday in connection with a deadly June 1 shooting at a Clarkston apartment complex.

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office fugitive unit arrested Lamour Lowe, 20, in Tampa, Fla, and charged him with murder and aggravated assault. The shooting at 1500 Post Oak Drive left 19-year-old Larnell Thompson dead and another man injured, authorities said.

Lowe, who lives in Stone Mountain, will be extradited back to Georgia to face charges here, a DeKalb sheriff's office spokeswoman said.  Police initially issued a warrant for Lowe's arrest on June 4.
