A man is accused of firing at three men, pistol-whipping one of them and damaging a Hummer H2.

Enrique Rodriguez, 40, of Gainesville, was arrested Sunday in the 300 block of Stringer Avenue, Hall County sheriff’s Lt. Scott Ware said.

He left a laceration on one man’s face, Ware said.

No other injuries were reported.

Rodriguez faces multiple charges, including battery, second-degree criminal damage to property and three counts of aggravated assault.

He was booked in the Hall County Jail without bond on the aggravated assault charges.
