Police are investigating if a Savannah gas station clerk filmed two teenage girls in a women’s restroom with his phone.

The girls were using the restroom when their mother noticed a light shining from an air vent, the Savannah Morning News reported. The mother and her boyfriend saw the clerk run to the utility room behind the restroom to get the phone from the vent.

When the mom asked the man to delete the videos of her daughters, he insisted they weren’t being recording and put the phone in his pocket.

The clerk escorted the woman out by the arm when she asked to see the phone and threatened to call the police, the newspaper reported.

When police arrived, the man was detained and his phone was taken as evidence by the Richmond Hill Police Department.
