An Atlanta chef was denied bond Thursday after he allegedly raped a woman while on bond for similar charges, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Raymond Jones is facing his third rape charge, which Fulton County prosecutors said took place while on bond for two previous rape charges, Channel 2 reported. He allegedly raped a third woman in April 2017 and his previous two charges were from April and September 2016.

Fulton County Judge Craig Schwall said he regretted allowing Jones to leave on bond previously, the news station reported.

“Well obviously I made a mistake, and I’m not going to make that mistake again,” Schwall said.

Prosecutors said two of his three victims were drugged, the news station reported.
