On Wednesday, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard announced charges for the two Atlanta officers involved in the shooting that killed Rayshard Brooks. One of the two, Garrett Rolfe, was later fired from the department.

Here are the charges and explanations included in the arrest warrants for Rolfe and Officer Devin Brosnan:

Garrett Rolfe 

1. Felony murder: for causing the death of Rayshard Brooks by shooting him

2. Aggravated assault: for shooting Brooks with a deadly weapon

3. Aggravated assault: for kicking Brooks

4. Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon: for firing in direction of a bystander in Wendy’s parking lot

5. Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon: for firing in direction of a bystander in Wendy’s parking lot

6. Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon: for firing in direction of a bystander in Wendy’s parking lot

7. Criminal damage to property in the first degree: for striking a bystander’s SUV with a bullet

8. Violation of oath by public officer: for deploying his Taser as Brooks was running away

9. Violation of oath by public officer: for failing to render aid in a timely matter

10. Violation of oath by public officer: for shooting Brooks twice in the back

11. Violation of oath by public officer: for failing to advise Brooks he was under arrest for DUI
