Three Florida college students were arrested during an undercover prostitution sting, police said.
Two University of Miami students, Acacia Jerico Friedman, 23, and Maury Noun, 21, along with Florida International University student Samara Pamela Charlotin, 19, were arrested Wednesday in Coral Gables, according to WTVJ.
Authorities said an undercover detective negotiated with Noun to have sex with Charlotin and Friedman at a Coral Gables hotel in exchange for $5,000 each, according to WTVJ.
Noun was charged with deriving support from prostitution, aiding prostitution and directing another to prostitution.
Friedman and Charlotin were charged with engaging in prostitution.
Charlotin faced additional charges of cannabis and Oxycodone possession. She was released from jail on $9,000 bail after appearing in court Thursday.
"You're a smart girl, if you want to live to see age 20, you need to find a new line of employment," Judge Mindy Glazer told Charlotin. "A very risky thing you were doing, for somebody with a lot of potential such as yourself."
