A man in Nebraska is having trouble staying out of jail, police said.
Cooper Cook, 25, was arrested Monday in the Hall County Jail parking lot, just hours after he'd been released from the jail on another offense, KHGI reported.
Cook was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to jail records.
Cook will appear in court Aug. 30 on the new charges, as well as previous charges for drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon, KHGI reported.
