Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the neighborhood about 3:30 a.m., Rogers told Channel 2 Action News. The teen was taken to a hospital.

It appeared that an incendiary device was also thrown thrown through a front window. Glass was shattered and bricks were charred on the front of the residence, which was riddled with bullets.

“Arson investigators have been notified regarding a possible arson attempt on the residence in question during the same time frame,” Rogers said in an email to the news station.

It’s not clear why the four people were led away in handcuffs.

“No formal charges have been made,” Rogers told AJC.com. “The investigation is ongoing.”
