When two burglary suspects gave chase, the helicopter unit of the Houston Police Department got into gear.

The incident happened Tuesday afternoon, after police responded to a house burglary call, according to KHOU. Police arrived and the burglary suspects took off in a car. The pair eventually abandoned the car and tried to escape on foot.

The police helicopter tracked one suspect as he ran into an open field. As the suspect was trying to run away from police vehicles, a helicopter unit member jumped out and tackled the suspect. Another officer assisted with the arrest.

The second suspect was located nearby and arrested.
