A man died after he was shot in DeKalb County Saturday and police are trying to find the person who pulled the trigger, Channel 2 Action News reported.

DeKalb County police were called to the 1800 block of Clark Drive about 5:45 p.m. Saturday, spokesman Sgt. J.D. Spencer told the news station.

When they arrived, they found the 28-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died of his injuries, Spencer said.

Investigators are still trying to identify a suspect and motive. No one is in custody in connection with the case, Spencer said.

The investigation is ongoing.
