Grand jury indicts man accused of shooting Craigslist buyer

A grand jury indicted a Gwinnett County man who is accused of shooting another man during a deal made on Craigslist, officials say.

Robert Frederick, 32, of Grayson, was arrested at his home in October following an incident in which a man was shot in a Kroger parking lot, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.

Eugene Ryerson, 57, of Cumming, said he met Frederick on Peachtree Parkway to purchase tools, and that he had bought tools from him previously.

Frederick was indicted on armed robbery and assault charges.
