A driver in Maine has a distracted driving summons after state police say he crashed into a tree while taking a "selfie" with his passengers.
State police say Jordan Toner was driving in the town of Orient when he leaned over to get into a cellphone picture with some of his seven passengers on Saturday. He ran off the road and hit a tree.
Two women in the front seat sustained the most series injuries.
