DeKalb police investigating fatal shooting at apartment complex

DeKalb County police were investigating Saturday a fatal shooting at a local apartment complex.

The shooting happened at the Spring Valley Apartment Homes off Candler Road near Decatur. Authorities on scene confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that one person was killed and another was shot.
