Three separate overnight incidents in Atlanta and DeKalb County left three people dead and two more in critical condition.

Around 10:20 p.m. Friday, Atlanta police responded to a home on the 300 block of Lanier Street NW, finding a victim dead on the kitchen floor with multiple gunshot wounds. Additional victims were found shot inside the home and on the front porch, and both were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in critical condition.

Police described the incident as a residential robbery.

About two hours later, DeKalb police responded to the area of Glenfair Road and Maplewood Drive to find a man shot multiple times and lying beside a car, Channel 2 Action News reported. The man, who was believed to be in his mid- to late-20s, was dead at the scene.

An hour or so after that, around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Atlanta officers responded to the 200 block of Harwell Road, finding an unidentified man with a gunshot wound. He died while being treated at the hospital.

No further information was immediately available about any of the incidents.
