Gregroy Daniels had left Peachtree Diner in Roswell when his wife noticed something funny with the bill.
“My tip was altered by $10. So whatever tip I put on there, he added $10 more,” Daniels told Channel 2 Action News. “So that right away told me who was doing what.”

The Daniels, who were in town visiting relatives for Thanksgiving, called the restaurant, Channel 2 reported. The restaurant then called the police.
Nearly a year after the Nov. 22 incident, Roswell police tracked the purchases to Joshua Toney, a former waiter at the restaurant. He was arrested on outstanding warrants.
Toney was making the charges on Gregory Daniels’ credit card while he and his family were eating, Roswell police Officer Lisa Holland told Channel 2.
Detectives believe there could be more victims.
Toney is out of the jail on three counts financial transaction card fraud and one county financial identity fraud.
