Cops seek persons of interest in fatal hit-and-run near Paulding County school
Authorities are searching for persons of interest after a hit-and-run killed a pedestrian near an elementary school in Paulding County Sunday night.
Joshua Oscar Smith, 19, was struck and killed by a passing vehicle near Sara M. Ragsdale Elementary School on Holly Springs Road, the Paulding County Sheriff's Office said in a Facebook post.
The Georgia State Patrol and Paulding County Sheriff’s Office is searching for the people shown in photos they provided and said they are persons of interest.
