A Hall County man is accused of strangling his ex-girlfriend after she confronted him about sexually assaulting another woman, authorities said.

Quinshad Bush was arrested Sunday and faces charges of aggravated sodomy and family violence aggravated assault, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

His alleged crimes all happened at a home in the 2600 block of Sardis Road, the release said. When his ex-girlfriend attempted to call 911 after being strangled, Bush is accused of punching her and kneeing her in the face.

He was booked into the Hall County Jail without bond, the release said.

An investigation is ongoing.
