Two Gainesville men, one of whom is still at large, have been charged in the shooting death of another man, police said.

Dennis Ronald Gayton, 47, was shot in front of his 15-year-old son April 4 on Carlton Street, Gainesville police Sgt. Kevin Holbrook said.

Tadrick Terrian Osborne was charged with felony murder (party to a crime) and two counts of aggravated assault (party to a crime), Holbrook said. He’s in the Hall County jail without bond.

Marquis Lejon Studivant, who has not been caught, was charged with felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault, Holbrook said.

Anyone with information about Studivant’s whereabouts are asked to call 911.
