Brother indicted on murder charges after sister’s body found behind house

Joseph Felton Twilley has been indicted on a murder charge in connection with the death of his sister, court officials said Wednesday.
Karen Twilley, 58, of Woodstock, was found dead outside a home off Victoria Road in November.
Her brother was arrested during a traffic stop Nov. 18 after a two-day search.
Twilley is scheduled for arraignment April 13 in Cherokee County.
