Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed in a DeKalb County neighborhood Monday night.
The victim, identified as 24-year-old Devan Mingo, collapsed in the street in the 1200 block of Allgood Road near Redan Road, DeKalb police said Tuesday.
Police remained at the scene overnight. More than a dozen evidence markers and bullet casings were seen in the street, Channel 2 Action News reported.
No information on a suspect or possible motive has been released.
