A domestic-related incident in Marietta ended with a person stabbed in the neck with a kitchen knife and another person arrested, police confirmed.

The incident happened in the 1200 block of Powder Spring Streets, Marietta police spokesman Chuck McPhilamy told AJC.com

The person who was stabbed is being treated at an area hospital, McPhilamy said. The condition of the person stabbed was not released.

No other details have been released. An investigation is ongoing.
