The arrest comes more than two months after Carlos Clay Lemons was shot at the Spin Cycle Coin Laundry on Memorial Drive, police said.

Clark surrendered without incident to DeKalb deputies, spokeswoman Cynthia Williams said in a news release.

Clark’s 19-year-old son, also named Kevin, was arrested Tuesday on felony murder charges in connection with the same shooting, DeKalb police said.

Investigators still want to talk to a person of interest in the case, spokeswoman Shiera Campbell said. The identity was not released.
