Two days after a man was shot and killed in a Carrabba’s parking lot near Cumberland Mall during a Craigslist sale, police arrested two men accused in the shooting.

Vincent Diandrez Brooks, 22, of Jonesboro, and Damien Akeen Scott, 22, of Decatur, face murder and aggravated assault charges in Monday’s shooting that killed 26-year-old Mezaio Pickett.

Pickett was in a white SUV with two others while making a Craigslist transaction, Smyrna police said. He died at WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center.
