Two teenagers facing felony murder charges will be held without bond, a Gwinnett County judge said Monday.

Christopher Tavarez, 18, of Duluth, and Bailey Foney-Ray, 18, were arrested Sunday and charged with murder, aggravated assault and conspiracy, Gwinnett police spokesman Cpl. Benjamin Finney said.

They are accused in the shooting death of 19-year-old J’Kobe Wilkerson of Duluth. Wilkerson was found dead in a breezeway about 5:15 p.m. at the Bridgewater Apartments on Ridge Brook Trail, Finney said.

Officers who arrived on the scene located another man, who was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center with injuries. His condition was not released.

Police are trying to figure out the relationship between the victims.
