Atlanta police are asking for the public’s help in finding David Turner, 52, who is wanted in connection with a case involving child molestation and sexual battery of a minor.

Turner is believed to be in metro Atlanta and is known to frequent the vicinity of Bouldercrest Road in southeast Atlanta, Officer Lisa Bender said.

Turner is about 5-foot-11 and 240 pounds.

According to a police report, Turner’s victim told officers she was 13 when he “removed her clothes as well as his and had sexual intercourse with her.”

In a Wednesday afternoon news conference, Atlanta police Cpt. Leanne Browning said the alleged victim is now 17 years old.
