Atlanta police release photos of suspect in ‘targeted’ weekend shooting

Atlanta police released photos Tuesday of one suspect in the case of a shooting death over the weekend.

The Atlanta Police Department is also offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the suspect.

The man pictured is wanted in the shooting death of 26-year-old Demarquez Mobley in the 2500 block of Center Street. Police found Mobley dead at the scene around 3 p.m. Sunday.

According to police, two shooters appeared to have targeted Mobley. He was shot multiple times, authorities said.

Information about the suspect can be submitted anonymously through the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-8477 or online at stopcrimeatl.com. Tipsters can remain anonymous and still be eligible for the cash reward.
