An Atlanta man faces seven child molestation-related felonies in DeKalb County after a seven-month span of alleged abuse last year.

Nyerer Tabon Davis, 37, was arrested Friday on four counts of aggravated child molestation, one count of child molestation and two counts of first-degree child cruelty, DeKalb jail records show.

Between May and November, he’s accused of forcing his victim “to perform an immoral and indecent act in the presence of or upon a minor child several times,” the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

No other information about his charges was released.

Davis was found by deputies and U.S. marshals near the intersection of Browns Mill Road and Cleveland Avenue on Friday, the release said.

He remains in the county’s jail without bond.
