A 21-year-old man is in custody after he allegedly shot and killed a 20-year-old man in DeKalb County, police said.

The men got into a verbal dispute at a home in the 3700 block of Calumet Road about 2 p.m. Wednesday, police said. The older man pulled out his gun and shot the other man during the argument, according to officers.

The man stayed on the scene and was taken into custody. The relationship between the men is not known.

No other details were released.
