For the second time in two days, an inmate has escaped in North Georgia.

According to the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, Bryan Gary Duke, 49, was on a work detail at the county office when he walked out a side door.

Employees found Duke’s orange jumpsuit by the door, the Chattanooga Times Free Press reported.

Duke received a five-year sentence in April for theft by receiving, giving false information and obstructing a police officer.

On Monday, authorities captured an inmate who escaped from the Floyd County courthouse after a 10-hour search.
