Cops: Man shot, killed at Peachtree Corners apartment complex
A man was shot to death in front of a Peachtree Corners apartment complex Sunday morning, according to Gwinnett County police.
Investigators were sent to the complex at 1700 Hunter Ridge Lane about 11:30 a.m. to investigate a report of a shooting, Gwinnett police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said. When they arrived, they found the injured man.
The victim was laying on the ground and had at least one gunshot wound, Pihera said. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
The victim’s name has not been released.
Police are still investigating the cause of the shooting.
